Stay at Farm Narava – A Unique Cultural Nature Experience Near Most na Soči 

Nestled near Most na Soči, Farm Narava invites you to experience a unique local cultural adventure with a warm welcome in the stunning Idrijca Valley, whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, with family, as a single parent with child(ren), with friends, or as part of a scout group. Please note we are a family friendly community farm with charity, not a public company - camping or tourism location. We operated on voluntary basis, and on a small contribution basis that is reflected within the charity, the community and its target groups.

Tent Pitching & Campervan Stop

From May to October, we offer non-profit overnight cultural outdoor stays as part of our EU cultural non-profit program.

Guests are welcome to pitch their own small tents on our scenic, humble natural farm grounds. Join us with your campervan and park down the campervan stop down the road parking (available the whole year) and enjoy all at Farm Narava. To participate, advance registration is required, as we are no public tourism location. The latest arrival time is 19:00, allowing sufficient time to set up your tent or park your campervan at the parking and settle in.

During Your Stay, Enjoy:

• Community activities on certain days and periods

• Relaxing evenings around a small campfire on certain evenings and periods

• Easy access to nearby rivers and lakes for swimming during certain periods

• The breathtaking natural surroundings of the Idrijca Valley and Soča Valley

Contribution

The non-profit contribution towards the charity organisation is only €15 per adult per day.

Families and single parents with children under 12 years old:

• €30 contribution per day in total

• Children under 12 stay free of contribution

Children aged 12–17:

• €10 contribution per child per day

What Is Included

Your contribution helps cover the following within your cultural stay:

Basic Breakfast       8:30 - 9:00 

Basic breakfast prepared for you daily. With advance notice, guests may choose from:

• Homemade pan toast with egg -  ham and cheese toast

• Breakfast cereals

• Traditional Slovenian pancakes with chocolate or jam

Warm Evening Meal

A vegetarian or meat dish that varies daily and availability, this is sponsored by the Foundation and the host family

With advance notice, guests can also request:

• Pasta dishes

• Rice meal

• Meal served with fries or smashed potatoes

Drinks you can make yourself during your stay

• Instant coffee

• Tea

• Fruit syrup drink with mountain spring water

• Fresh mountain spring water

Other beverages are available at actual additional cost on request like a cold beer or local wine  (no self-service).

Staying Longer?

For an additional €5 per person per day, we can also provide a basic lunch on reservation.

By reservation, guests may also additionally enjoy:

• Fresh pizza

• Pizza workshops

• Grill parties with entertainment

Additional low contribution apply.

Vegan Meals

Vegan meal adjustments are available for a small additional contribution, as they are outside our standard community food offering.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:

• Quiet hours begin at 2100 as we are a friendly family farm * except organized evenings *

• Noise levels must remain low after 21:00

• The use of drugs or extreme alcohol use is strictly prohibited

• Carrying knives or other weapons is prohibited

• One campervan parking with water and electric connection near the roadside parking area

  • Electricity is not included for campervan equipment

• Free parking for up to 5 cars

• Additional parking available within a 5 minute walk

• Welcome drink upon arrival

• BBQ area and fire pit  * Free use during certain periods, wood and BBQ coal available at current costs *

• Shared kitchen * located in the clubhouse *

• Outdoor shower

Studio Room Narava

The Studio Room Narava is a cozy and comfortable accommodation suitable for couples or small families.

The Studio Includes:

• Double bed for 2 persons

• Children's bunk bed

• Sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 small children

• Seating area and standing table (outside the studio on the shared hallway with the micro cultural  hostel room )

• Private shower

• Small kitchen with fresh mountain tap water

• Reading corner

• Shelves and storage space for clothing around the corner 

Kitchen Equipment

• Coffee machine

• Pancake maker

• Toaster

• Small oven

• Microwave

• Water kettle

• Plates, glasses, and basic kitchenware

Additional Features

• Private Wi-Fi router

• Access to outdoor seating areas and the farm's fireplace

• Shared toilet located just outside the hallway

• Wood-burning stove * will be turn on within request outside the summer period * 

Studio Contribution

€45 per day (maximum 2 adults and 2 children)

Includes:

• Breakfast

• Optional sponsored warm evening meal provided through Foundation Narava

Explore the region throughout the year and meet friendly locals in cozy neighborhood bars, or enjoy a craft beer at Pivovarna Zajc. visit the local family friendly restaurant at Kurn'k in Reka, Podkorito in Dolenja Trebusa, Gostilna Slap in Slap ob Idrijci, Pizzaria Jezero in Most na Soci.

During the summer, visit Andraž Summer Bar at Bača for a relaxing local atmosphere at the water. Lake swim location with bridge jumping in Slap ob Idrijci. surrounding stores are located in Slap ob Idrijci, Tolmin, Cerkno, Idrija. Looking for a larger shopping city : Nova Gorica is the best option.
